two good workouts

WOD "Cindy"

for rounds in 20 minutes.

5 pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats

first 10 minutes with X-Vest with 30 lbs.



18 mile bike ride on the roads. over 50 degrees and actually broke a sweat. 70 mins.
