take only 30 sec rest between sets.

95# barbell squat 8 sets of 8 reps.

pushups 8set of 8 reps

95# dead hang clean 8 sets of 58 reps

2-40Lb kettlebells push press 8 set of 8 reps.

rest 5 min. and do 100 overhead stick squats for cool down.

43: 15 min. Its only the beginning of the new year and the pace is great.
