Kettlebells can be a Bear

WO du jour:

20 mile bike ride in the morning. Easy pace on a flat coarse as one knee is a little tweeky
afternoon: joint mobility and rowing warmup

"Kettlebell its a bear"
set timer for 20 mins. perform each set, then more to next set with no rest. Do all reps with good form.


2 kettlebells heavy for 5 deadlifts with a shugg at the end of each rep.


2 kettlebells heavy dead hang GS clean for 5 reps


2 kettlebells medium wt. thrusters for 5 reps


its like hitting yourself in the head with a hammer, when you stop it feels great.
