8x3 2-kettlebell box squat on 12" box
8x3 2-Kettlebell heavy Bent rowing
8x3 kettlebell heavy swing one hand.
A gentleman came to me recently that had purchased a kettlebell from Dicks sports after he saw some of the action on U-Tube. Well he did the responsible thing and sought out instruction on how to use this "new-old" fitness tool. Most people will not be doing this so you will have scores of kettlebells eventually becoming doorstops and something to hold down the trash can lids so the aminals don't get into it.

Kettlebell session:
4x2 min of 20 kg kettlebell H2H swings
4x2 min. of 20 kg snatches.
that was enough for the morning.
later in the day:
Power snatchs with 28 kg kettlebell.
