you need more stress not less.

Squeezing a rubber ball can be a stress reliever, but I prefer other physical methods

WO du jour:
jump rope and bands warmup:

8sets of three reps each:
36 kg one arm kettlebell swing
50lb double dumbell step up squats on high box.
pullups with 14kg kettlebell.
power cleans with 32kg kettlebell.
old fat bar style barbell clean and press.


There is good stress like when you are pressing a heavy weight until your eye balls pop out. Then there is bad stress when you continue to watch the stock market hit the shitter.
