Turkey get up and outside the legs Kettlebell pratice

WO du jour:

Run/walk for 2.5 miles in morning. more running and less walking. Legs felt good.

warmup with bands and jump rope;

Dumbell thrusters 30 lbs 3 sets of 5.

2-20 kg kettlebells for the following:

kettlebell side swing 5 sets of 5

kettlebell side snatch 5 sets of 5

kettlebell bottoms up snatch 5 sets of 5




Oct 30th.



It always prudent to practice the Turkish getup with a small child first before attempting the same with your full-figured wife or girlfriend.
