WO du jour:
Morning: 18 mile bike ride first thing in the morning. Very hard pace but felt good.
afternoon: bands and joint mobility warm up
Barbell rowing: 200 lbs 10 sets of 5 reps.
VO2 session: 15sec work/15sec rest. Did 70 sets for a new bench mark.
~420 reps
