warmup with SHOT 16#, bands for shoulders, jump rope.

5 rounds of 5 chin ups, 10 pushups, 15 situps, 20 squats.

5 sets,10reps of Kettlebell thursters 20kg,

5 sets,10 reps of chinups.
Its Mother's day so stop training and be nice to that special person.
