WO du jour:
Warm up: joint mobility and jump rope.

5 rounds AFAP

10 pullups
20 2-14kg Kettlebell squat cleans
30 1-24 kg. kettlebell swings
40 2-32kg. kettlebell deadlifts.
total time 26:48(done outside temp 78)
I don't know if that session was a good time, but it was not a cake walk. For the pussies that think cardio dance will give you "buns of steel" has not experienced that workout.
