You need more that running.

March 12th.

How about a coat of paint guys!
I believe that the Good Lord gave us a finite number of heartbeats and I'm damned if I'm going to use up mine running up and down a street.

I got a blog today from a trainer who was promoting kettlebells and the Copper institute in Texas. Now the Cooper institute has been around for along time certifying personal trainers, founded by Dr. Cooper who coined the term "aerobics" I believe. Dr. Cooper first believed that all you need to be fit is run, jog, bike, row at a moderate heart rate for long training periods for cardiac health and weight control; O yes play on the large rubber ball. It ironic to me to see a hardcore aerobics person using a training tool that is the complete opposite to what they usually promote......who knows, they may have got some religion.
Have a great day suffering and remember the mission is sacred.
