bullet proofing

You may not be able to stop a bullet if you are fit, but a kick to the head maybe.

warmup on heavy bag, bands and indian clubs.

Do "Jackie"

1000 meters rowing

50 2x12 kg kettlebell thrusters

30 pull ups

10:40. as always the pull ups suck

Bullet proofing your body is much about addressing all aspects; strength, endurance, speed, etc all the true attributes of fitness. This is not easily said than accomplished, when you have to understand how to train to what you need and how much so you don't bury your self. You could spend all day in the pursuit of getting the body that works for you, but like most, time is rare therefore you must find the optimal tools and
