warmup: indian clubs and bands.
3:30 min each set on each arm
12kg push jerk R/L
12 kg snatch 70 reps per arm
12 kg LC 8 reps per min.
20 kg 8 sets of 10 reps
added 30 sec. to each interval but was not real diffence in preceived exsertion.
