warmup: bands, indian clubs, and last but not least 100 freaking wall balls! 4:10 min. time.
Kettlebell push jerks 1-2 reps followed by 1 rep weighed pulls
12kgs 2 sets
16kg 2 sets
20kg. 2 sets
24kg 2 sets
28kg. 4 sets
32 kg 2 sets
36kg 1 set
short bike ride; very cold for some reason.
