100 abmats for cool down.
was going for four sets but my back was pumped from doing the light sets of deadlifts too fast. However after doing a 100 abmats every thing was back to normal. However it was really a great workout and will get the 4th or even a 5 set next time, so I will not do the deadlift too fast.
