Russian gym;note the metals on the wall. What no treadmills?

warm up: bands and Indian clubs
15 sec work 15 sec rest. snatch in GS form. no Hitler snatches!
30 sets or 150 reps with 20 kgs.
5 sets of 24kg. haft snatch for 1 min each set.
It was a little slow delivery but weight was not an issue. form was not as good as with 16kg.
Have a great suffering and remember the mission is sacred.
