WO du jour:
20 mile bike ride. Weather was in the 60's, what a great ride with all the winter we have had. Now I have to pick up the pace gradually.
Later in the day:
2'45" min each set in GS style.
14kg push press at 8reps a min.
16kg snatch ( got 50 reps per arm without change for the first time)
20kg haft snatch
good 20 min. session
