Early bike ride. this guy may get lucky.

bike ride in Early morning. 18 miles. then down to my "box" right after for some kettlebells.

Kettlebells snatch 100 reps with 16kg
50 ABMATS
50 pull ups in sets of 10
5 min of juggling with 20kg. kettlebell.
