The fat bar was the standard in the early part of the last century.







WO du jour:
Heavy bag warm up, stretch bands.

6 rounds

10 pull ups to chest height(at least try)

10 SDHP with the 110 "fat bar" barbell.

10 kettlebell push press 24kg each arm.
