Some thrusters and rowing


April 6th.


WO du jour:

Warm up: heavy tai bag hands and legs warm up for 10 min.

'Rowing can be hell"

10.9.8.7.6........2.1 reps Kettlebell thrusters 2-16 and 2-24kg.

100.200.300.400.............900.1000 meter on C2 rower.

Rowing on the concept 2 is hard enough when you ladder up 100 meters each round. The thrusters added the extra stress to the legs so it made the rowing a little sluggish. However, it was a great workout!
