Today's training:

Jump rope, and stretch bands and stick movements.
2 min high pulls with 24kg kettlebells.
21,18,15,12,9,3. reps for time
barbell power cleans
GHD situps
GHD back extentions.
17:44 min. ( the situps suck but you can't like everything)
